School Council
Summer Term 2009-10We have had a very busy start to the summer term. As soon as we came back from the Easter holidays we had a meeting to introduce ourselves to each other and find out a bit more about what it means to be on the school council. Then we were told that we were going to help choose another teacher for our school! We talked about what sort of questions we would like to ask somone who wants to work at our school. Then we had to go and ask our classes for their ideas. Finally, we met again to decide which questions we would choose.
On the day of the teacher interviews we met with two ladies and asked them our questions. We wrote down what we thought. We are very much looking forward to the new teacher, who we helped choose, starting in September!
Spring Term 2009-10
We have had elections to choose new school councillors for our class. We all voted on e-folio for who we would like to choose. It was a secret we didn't have to tell anyone who we voted for.

We are very pleased with our new climbing frame. We helped choose this climbing frame as well as raise money to help pay for it. At the moment year 2 are using it, but in the summer when we can play on the field we will all share it. Year one are going to have some new equipment on their playground too.
